Food Drive Results from 12/11/21

Brothers,

Many thanks for the fine turnout and the great collection of food and gift cards for the Sacred Heart Center!  We appreciate your offering of time and brotherhood to help collect food for the needy!

In addition to the large amount of food donated, our parishioners also donated $400 in gift cards.  What a generous parish we have!

Our next Food Drive is for Commonwealth Catholic Charities and will be on the last Saturday in January, the 29th

Thank you again, men!

Fraternally,

John

Prayers for Deacon Pat White

Brothers,

As you all know, Deacon/Brother Pat White is fighting hard against his cancer.  It was so good to see him at our recent Octoberfest knowing what an effort it was for him to come.

Recently, Pat has been really having a difficult struggle.  Would you please keep him in your prayers?  In particular tomorrow morning at 8:30 Pat has a bone marrow test that is very important in his treatment.

Each Tuesday morning we pray the Rosary for Pat, Kay, and their family, and others who are challenged with health issues.  The Rosary will be said at St. Bridget Church, following morning Mass (about 8:30 am).  Please consider joining us at Mass and the Rosary to follow.  If you are unable to attend, please say a prayer at that time for Brother Pat.

Blessings,

John
