Dear Brother Knight, Please join the Saint John Paul II National Shrine and the Archdiocese of Washington for a very special day of retreat and reflection for families on Saturday, September 23, 2017. “Domestic Church Day: Strengthening the Family with Mary,” will feature Marian family reflections, spiritual devotions including a multi-cultural rosary in front of a hand-embroidered Tilma of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the celebration of Holy Mass by Bishop Mario Dorsonville, Auxiliary Bishop of Washington.
The day will conclude with fun cultural activities and food. The day’s events will begin at 12:30 p.m. and the anticipated conclusion is 5:30 p.m. The cost of attendance is $10 per adult and free for children under the age of 18.
